A story in the Phillipine Daily Inquirer for October 12, 1999:

Plebes and faculty members at the Philippine National Police Academy, joined by the parents of the plebes are asking officials of the Philippine Public Safety College (PPSC) to stop the barbaric hazing they claim is being practiced at the school for the country's future police officers. (The pervie jawan requests that the _f_u_c_k_ing pc parents butt out [butt out, hmm], and that videos of said plebes' hazing be sent to him, so he can jerk off to them.)

The group complains that upperclassmen subject cadets to caning and electric shock treatment, and even force the plebes to perform homo_s_e_x_ual _s_e_x_ in full view of others. (Horror of horrors! I love the ambiguity. Is the offense that its "homo_s_e_x_ual _s_e_x_," sounds painful, or is it that "it's in full view of others"?)

The petition came afer 384 plebes, who comprise the Bachelor of Science in Public Safety Sinag-Laya class 2002, filed formal complaints of maltreatment by upperclassmen.

Cadets 4th Class Wilfredo A. David and Jay C. Dimaandal accused Cadets 2nd class Oliver M. Villanueva and Arnulfo G. Ybanez [the names alone are giving this rice queen a hard on] of ordering them to do "kissing, pumping, mashing" in front of fellow cadets last August 31. [What a delightful description? What exactly could be involved in "pumping, mashing"? Yum yum yum.]

In another complaint, 29 members of the Class 2002 Foxtrot Company claimed they were maltreated by four upperclassmen. They said the upperclassmen struck each of them three times in the body [where one wonders? their cute little Filipino asses?] with a piece of round wood measuring about one metre long and three inches in diameter; struck their palms three times with the same wood; and threw hard fist blows on their chests.

Other cadets, male and female [yech. Why bring up distasteful subjects like "cunt"?] complained that upperclassmen abused them by caning their hands and feet; whipping their buttocks with the implement for playing sungka (a native shell game) and pinching their bellies. [I love the exotic nature of the hazing. What American fraternity or Indian NCO would dream of "pinching bellies" as a form of torture? If there are any Philipino readers, I'd love to know also what the "implement for playing sungka" looks like, and where I could lay my hands on one to whip my own cute baby, after "pinching his belly," of course.]

Most of them complained of having their hands hit with the butt of a rifle for more than 12 times. They said for minor mistakes, cadets were ordered to perform "tusok-ulo," or stand on their head [I have seen a variation of this in movies on South Korean bootcamp where the recruits fold their hands behind their back, raise their legs up, lightly touching a wall or some support, and then rest their whole body's weight on their forehead. A yummmy sight as blood rushes to their forehead. Often in the Korean context, the NCO takes advantage of their awkward position to yell abuse in their faces or perhaps clout their sweet fatigued asses which are completely vulnerable].

The story ends with a description of some shock treatment hazing which I didn't find a turn on, not my thing. But if you are interested you can find the whole story on http://www. inquirer. net/issues/oct99/oct12/news/news_4.htm.

a) I wish there was some enterprising maker of porn out there who would do a military academy hazing story set in the Philippines based on this yummy story for cp/rice queens like myself. Eighty six the cunt, of course.

b) If there are any Asian readers out there who have been in the military or know about military hazing, I would love to hear from you and to get all the yummy details. When I taught ESL to South Korean students, I got the impression that there was a lot of hazing in the Korean military when the guys underwent their compulsory military service, but they would clam up when I dug for details. Watching a few South Korean comedy videos depicting bootcamp, I have been tantalized by details that suggest that there is a treasure trove of turn on info in the South Korean military. Unfortunately, of course, in comedies, the soldiers being punished are the ugly Sad Sack looking buffoons, and one doesn't get to see pretty Asian boys being hazed, but at least one does get to see them? c) I'd love any info about movies/videos/print sources about hazing in the military in any Asian country.
